It is the place where people go directly after dying to relive every moment of their life and reflect upon the learning experiences faced. It is also a place that people can "tap" into....the ultimate universal well of knowledge. I don't know much about animation stuff, but that's what I got out of it. I have a fairly good ability to dream in color and remember them in detail as well. Thats like the first manga I ever read. I remember being fascinated in the fact that it was a love story, rather than some action oriented stuff on TV...
